The recommended person must book and show up for service to be granted. FOR BOOKING PURPOSES: ‼️ If you are a first-time client, I would prefer NOT to work on someone else’s work. Please arrive with bare nails or book a removal along with your service[s]. Additional charges may apply, or you may do it yourself. 🚨 The price listed under services are a base price that “starts out at” so it is crucial to select all services you require for accurate timing. Additional charges will apply for assorted designs. For example: [Gel X Full Set with Nail Shape and 2 for $5 Design!] 🚨 As of March 2025, if your appointments booked accordingly and I am working over closing time [after 6:30], you will be charged an additional $25 after 15 minutes. ‼️ Services not booked in advance such as Gems, French, Intricate Nail Art etc., will not be provided. For specific inspirations, if the image features products such as decals/gems that I do not currently have, I may need additional time to obtain them. You are more than welcome to text your name and image to (404) 734-9292 💫 If you would like to schedule an appointment outside of regular business hours or house-call, you may call me to discuss furthermore. Services outside of regular business hours or house call are subjected to a non-refundable fee of $30. This fee will also apply for as a non-refundable deposit that does not apply to the original service(s) booked. ⚠️ Any booking after 2 months will provide a non-refundable $25 deposit that will go towards your service per booking and an additional half the number of services that will go towards the services provided. That includes birthday; bridal party; get together. ⚠️ You have a 3 day grace period, if you break a nail, please contact me right away to schedule a fix. Anything after 3 days is considered a nail fix fee of $8. 🚨 Late-arrival policy: If you arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged a non-refundable late fee of $15 for time loss from servicing. Anything after is considered a No-Show. Your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be charged for the base amount of the scheduled services. You may book future appointments once the amount from the previous no-call / no-show is paid. 💫 Remember, I have a Loyalty Card worth 25% after your 10th full service and must be shown at the time of service to be marked. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for service cancellation. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the appointment will serve a non-refundable 50% charge on your booked services. And or charged a non-refundable fee to your next booking appointment that will not go towards the booked appointment. Cancellation fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
